ABOUT MY COMPANY
Yoga has come into my life at a time of personal growth. I have been practicing since 2015, but for the past year yoga has become a lifestyle. This experience has lead to my fascination with holistic medicine, while my sister is a medical nurse and challenges me with her solutions. I started this business because I cannot wait to heal others and share my practice of yoga and knowledge of nutrition and holistic wellness. Coast2coast services include: retreats, private clients, yoga & SUP yoga classes, meditation, and Yin yoga.

Paddleboard yoga is increasing dramatically. SUP Yoga is the performance of yoga while on a stand up paddleboard (SUP). Don’t worry; the boards are often anchored, in calm water, and on weather permitting days. Paddleboards originated when surfers were finding ways to get themselves out further in the oceans. They had made paddleboarding a sport that became shared globally. Combining SUP with yoga helps students find peace, develop a deeper sense of mindfulness, enjoy nature, learn to balance, challenge themselves, and slow down. SUP yoga is an amazing full body workout, especially for the core! It is a great way to bond and have fun!!

"The set up for SUP yoga is very favorable for any yogi - beginner or advanced. Our Chicago SUP instructor began class with some cleansing breaths and gentle stretches. I've only done SUP yoga a few times and that was years ago, so it was great to learn some new poses. I do yoga poses on my paddle board when I'm out by myself, but this was an entire flow of poses favorable for SUP yoga. The instruction was great and anyone - even if you've never done yoga before - could take part in this class! Courtney’s teaching skills , are absolutely strong. From beginning, to end her energy just draws you in more and more. She can easily adapt her level of practice to accommodate anyone which was something I absolutely loved. She creates a very safe, and comforting environment which allowed me to easily enjoy my practice. Whether it be SUP yoga, yin, vinyasa, or meditation her class is always worth taking. She brings an experience through her classes that many may not have to offer. Her authenticity , gentleness , and passion makes her classes one of a kind.
